Vunobolki Returns to PDP, Cites Inclusive Political Environment

A political stakeholder in Adamawa State, Chief Dr. Maurice Vunobolki, has announced his return to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), barely two months after leaving the party.

Chief Vunobolki made the declaration during a press conference held Thursday at his gubernatorial campaign office in Jimeta, where he explained that his decision followed extensive consultations with supporters, political associates, and key stakeholders across the country.

According to him, the engagements were “thoughtful, honest, and instructive,” ultimately guiding his decision to rejoin the PDP.

He expressed confidence that the party now offers a more open and inclusive political environment that upholds internal democracy, enabling individuals to pursue their aspirations without undue limitations.

The politician emphasized that his commitment goes beyond party lines, noting that his primary focus remains contributing meaningfully to the development of Adamawa State through transparent leadership, inclusive governance, and policies aimed at expanding opportunities for citizens.

Chief Vunobolki also called on his supporters to return to the PDP and complete their electronic registration, revealing that over 3,000 members had already re-registered with the party.
He reaffirmed his dedication to working with like-minded stakeholders to advance the progress and unity of the state.
