Fintiri Inaugurates ASCTIES Gulak Governing Board, Tasks Members on Development

Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri of Adamawa State has inaugurated the Chairman and members of the Governing Board of the Adamawa State College of Technology, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Studies (ASCTIES), Gulak, charging them to work diligently toward the state’s development.

The ceremony held at the Government House, Yola, on Friday.

Speaking at the event, Fintiri said the establishment of ASCTIES was necessary to equip young people with entrepreneurship skills for self-reliance. He said the board members were carefully selected based on integrity, competence and track records, urging them to deploy their wealth of experience toward effective administration and service delivery.

Responding on behalf of the newly inaugurated board, its Chairman, Chief Leonard Nzadon, thanked the governor for the confidence reposed in them and assured him of their commitment to delivering on the institution’s mandate.

He also commended the Fintiri-led administration for introducing initiatives aimed at improving the lives of the people of Adamawa State.
