FINTIRI TO HOST 2,000 FOR RAMADAN IFTAR AT MAHMUD RIBADU SQUARE
Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri is set to host no fewer than 2,000 people for a special Ramadan Iftar today at the Mahmud Ribadu Square in Yola.
The event is described as the first of its kind in the history of Adamawa State, marking a significant moment in the state’s observance of the holy month of Ramadan.

The Iftar is expected to attract residents from across the state, including religious leaders, political stakeholders, youth groups and community representatives. It forms part of activities lined up to deepen unity and promote peaceful coexistence among the people.
The large-scale public Iftar is aimed at strengthening the bond between the government and citizens, while encouraging the spirit of togetherness, compassion and reflection that defines Ramadan.
Security and logistics arrangements have been put in place to ensure a smooth and orderly event.
