The Adamawa State Civil Service Commission has reiterated its commitment to a transparent and merit-driven recruitment process, aligning with the directive of Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri.
Speaking to the press, the Commission’s Permanent Secretary, Abubakar Umar Maiha, assured applicants and the general public that the ongoing recruitment exercise will be free, fair, and open to all qualified individuals.
“This process is guided by the Governor’s instruction to maintain transparency and provide equal opportunity for every applicant,” Maiha emphasized.
He revealed that the recruitment portal received over 20,000 applications within the first 24 hours, a reflection of the public’s strong interest in the 4,000 available positions across different sectors.
“In response to the overwhelming traffic, we’ve upgraded our systems to ensure smooth and uninterrupted application submissions,” he added.
The online portal will remain open for two weeks, after which shortlisted candidates will be invited for interviews and documentation.
The Commission also advised applicants to submit their entries early to avoid last-minute challenges.
