Adamawa Govt commences fourth flyover project at AA Lawan Junction in Yola

The construction of a flyover bridge has commenced at the AA Lawan junction, as previously announced.

The purpose of the flyover project is to alleviate traffic congestion, which has resulted in daily fatal accidents, loss of life, and damage to numerous vehicles. This is especially important because the road serves as a major highway connecting Yola North and the southern region,

The urban renewal project also aims to modernize and enhance the aesthetics of the Jimeta-Yola express road infrastructure.

The Adamawa State Government, under the leadership of His Excellency Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, has several additional projects planned for completion this year. We will provide regular updates on their progress.

It’s worth noting that this is the fourth flyover project undertaken by the Fintiri-led administration.
