Permanent Secretaries Honour Governor Fintiri for Exceptional Leadership and Service
Permanent Secretaries in Adamawa State have presented a Special Award of Honour to Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, CON, in recognition of his outstanding commitment to good governance and all-round development across the state.
