Just In: JAMB announces cut of mark for 2024 admission
The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) and tertiary education stakeholders have established the “National Minimum Tolerable UTME Score (NTMUS),” commonly referred to as the cut-off mark, for 2024 admissions into the nation’s universities.
The policy meeting agreed on a minimum score of 140 for candidates seeking University admission, and 100 for Polytechnics and Colleges of Education.
The registrar explained that the aforementioned points were the minimum, but that did not mean that institutions must comply with it.
