International Women’s Day: Adamawa First Lady Hails Resilience of Women

The First Lady of Adamawa State, Dr. Lami Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, has extended her warmest greetings to women across the state as the global community marks International Women’s Day, celebrating their immense contributions to societal progress and development.

In a statement released on Sunday by her Press Secretary, Clara Attah Mustapha, the First Lady commended the strength, resilience, and unwavering spirit of Adamawa women, acknowledging their role as critical drivers of change within their communities.

Dr. Fintiri used the occasion to reaffirm her steadfast commitment to the empowerment of women and girls. She highlighted ongoing efforts to promote gender equality and support initiatives aimed at enhancing the socio-economic well-being of the female population in the state.
