Adamawa First Lady Condoles with Hajiya Hindu Ribadu Over Loss of Father
The Wife of the Adamawa State Governor, Dr. Lami Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, has paid a condolence visit to Hajiya Hindu Suleiman Ribadu following the demise of her father, the revered Islamic scholar Sheikh Dahiru Usman Bauchi,in a heartfelt display of empathy and solidarity
Dr. Fintiri led a high-powered delegation to the family residence in Yola recently to commiserate with Hajiya Hindu, who is the wife of Bashir Suleiman Ribadu, over the irreparable loss.
The First Lady described the passing of the late Sheikh as a monumental loss not only to his immediate family but to the entire nation, given his immense contributions to Islamic preaching and his enduring legacies.

She urged the family to find solace in the will of Almighty Allah, emphasizing that death is an inevitable end for every soul. Dr. Fintiri prayed to Allah to grant the deceased Aljanatul Firdaus and to bestow upon the family the fortitude to bear the great loss.
In her response, an emotional Hajiya Hindu Suleiman Ribadu expressed profound gratitude to Dr. Fintiri for the visit and for standing by the family during their moment of grief. She also commended the leadership style and compassionate nature of the Governor’s wife and prayed for continued wisdom and guidance for the state’s leadership.

Sheikh Dahiru Usman Bauchi was laid to rest in Bauchi according to Islamic rites, with funeral prayers offered for the peaceful repose of his soul.
