Adamawa Contingents Secures Medals At The Ongoing National Sports Festival In Asaba
Team Adamawa have Clinched another silver Medal in the Badmitton Doubles event at the ongoing 8th National Sports Festival holding in Asaba, Delta State.

The duo, Yunusa Abdullahi and Abubakar Jaringol of Adamawa state failed by two zero against Bolaji Azad and Kolawole Daudu of Ogun State by 20 to 9 and 20 to 13 in favour of the Ogun team side.
The clinched the silver medal after defeating other states and with this, Adamawa has one Gold, two Silver and two Bronze medals respectively.
Commenting on the development, the State acting Director Adamawa State Sports Council, Mr Daniel Ahmed attributed the success by the state contingents to support and encouragement by Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri.
He also commended his Coaching Crew, and Athletes for their resilience, hard work and dedication.
The National Sports Festival is billed to end this weekend with the official closing ceremony at the Samson Siasia Stadium.
Adamawa is represented by over one hundred and fifty Contingents including athletes, Coaching Crew, and other Officials.
