34 Year Old Footballer Slump, Dies During Training

footballer identified as Sodiq Adebisi has died after he reportedly slumped during a training session at the Dipo Dina International Stadium, Ijebu-Ode, Ogun State.

Camaa Media gathered that the player was undergoing training along with other footballers on Saturday when the incident happened.

Seeing the 34-year-old fall to the ground, his teammates reportedly rushed him to a state hospital in Ijebu-Ode.

However, after spirited efforts by medical staff at the hospital, Sodiq was later pronounced dead the same day he was taken to the hospital.
