Labour party rejects outcome of tribunal judgement

Labour Party (LP) has rejected the judgment of the Presidential Election Petitions Court which struck out the party’s petitions challenging the electoral victory of President Bola Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the February 25, 2023 poll.

Speaking shortly after the judgement the national Publicity secretary of the party, Obiora Ifoh, said justice was not served in the petitions against the All progressive Congress (APC) and Tinubu.

The party said it will make public its next moves after consulting with their lawyers and other stakeholders.
